The Tenth International Brain–Computer Interface (BCI) Meeting, held June 6–9th, 2023, in Brussels, Belgium, marked a return to an in-person meeting format. As with all conferences in the International BCI meeting series, there were highly interactive workshops covering many of the diverse topics and research areas important within BCI research and highlighting the innovation and translational considerations that must be balanced if the field is to advance. This paper summarizes the 20 workshops of the 2023 BCI Meeting to provide an overview of BCI research to those who were unable to attend the Meeting and to brief meeting attendees with scheduling conflicts on the workshops in which they were unable to participate.
