This chapter presents the methodological core of BCI data analysis, from pre-processing and artifact removal to feature extraction, classification, and inverse modeling. It reviews state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques, offering practical examples and comparative insights to guide both beginners and advanced researchers in neural decoding.
